GRAND MARAIS, Minn. —
Leif M. Skaarhaug, 54, of Grand Marais, Minn., formerly of Sisseton, S.D., died
March 12, 2000, at his residence.
A memorial service was held on March 20 in Grand Marais at the
Leif Skaarhaug was born Nov. 18, 1945, in Sisseton to Nels and Clara (Tystad) Skaarhaug of Grenville, S.D. He married Anne Margaret Hoffman in 1986.
Survivors include his wife, Anne Margaret; stepsons, Edward, Jason and Jesse
Hoffman; his mother, Clara; brothers Neil and Halvor; and a sister Susanne
